e-cover 제조 공정에는 다른 회사의 방식에는 없는 Prepress Hot Lamination 공정을 통하여 합지 과정에 Pre-laminated Inlay를 공급함으로써 불량율을 획기적으로 낮췄고, 자체 개발한 특수 접착제를 사용하여 제품의 수명을 10년까지 연장하였음.
